the light in Galway is amazing. it has something to do with light refraction from the limestone (West Ireland has some beautiful and unusual limestone geology, check it out). the greens were luminous, hope you enjoy this last bit of glowing summer light!
i love taking photos of lampshades. this was taken in a cute cafe in Dublin, with lampshades all over the ceiling, even where lights shouldn’t be. and yet, there they were. so charming.
