tasty wraps

wraps are easy and quick and you can make them with whatever you have in the fridge. veggies: fry up some garlic, chilli, onion and veggies (i used red pepper and green beans but leak, cherry tomatoes or courgette are also really good) and mix in some tomato puree. i often use coconut oil for cooking, it gives a hint of exoticness and is really healthy. mashed avocado (with lemon & pepper) makes a nice base to spread on the wrap. parmesan shavings balance out the flavours. serve with smoked salmon or anything you wish. the pirate photo is a cute pepper mill i stole from my sister…
