orchids sometimes seem like they’re up to something. tonight my orchid was looking enchantingly menacing. there’s also something ethereal about monochrome photography in nature… here’s a rose from last summer:

this was another section of the video-shoot thing we did (see the vanishing coat). this time it was the turn of the dancing magpies in front of the houses of parliament. a lot of people gathered round which made us feel all sorts of special 😉
